    Mary Maxim No. 169 Crochet Pattern Lamb Toy Approx. 10" Tall
    It looks to me as if this package has been opened and then resealed.  But it also looks like it's complete. The pattern, stuffing, yarns (black and yellow) and the ribbon are all there.
