    The PetSafe Deluxe In-Ground Cat Fence has been proven safe for all cats and little dogs over 6 pounds. The system works by delivering a mild static correction through two contact points that touch your pet's neck. If your pet crosses the established barrier, a correction will be sent to get your pets's attention, but will not harm him. The adjustable collar allows you to create a perfect fit for your cat or dog.

    All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) before the return is shipped back. This makes the refund process quicker. The RMA # is issued when you start a return for the item in E-Bay.
    Items displaying wear or with indications of use, i.e. pet hair, dirty, etc. cannot be returned. Wire break detectors, fence wire unwound and off the spool, opened battery packs, opened DNA kits and litter boxes are not eligible for refund.
    Expedited shipping charges (Overnight/2nd Day Air) are not refundable.
