One very small tear on the top left corner and bottom corner of the back page. There are a few random brown marks on the back page, and the center edge has yellowed more than the rest of this 51 year old collector's item.

    A very satirical collector's "newsprint" item produced by Roy Chandler, author of many books about Perry County, PA.
    Published in August, 1970 "to celebrate the Perry County Sesquecentennial". Souvenir Edition - only 2000 printed.
    Roy Chandler was quite a character, and a friend of my father.
    This is a hard-to-find item!
