Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This lot is in Good cosmetic condition overall with minor blemishes from prior use.  The inside of the turning mirror housing is a bit dusty.
Notes:
We gave this just a quick check to be sure the power supply can light the lamp and control to a set point. The lamp hours meter says "3" which we take to mean this lamp has been used for only 3 hours. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
