It has an output cable 2kVDC 2mA that is 20" long and input Pin Assign on the right of:

3) & 4) V in (+24 30VDC 0.4A)
5) & 6) NC
7) Sig-GND (CCW)
8) V Con-In (Wiper)
9) WT. POT
10) V Ref (CW)
11) V Moni
12) GND
With dimensions of ( 6 3/4" x 3 7/8" x 1 1/8"H) @ 2 lbs and 4 anchor down bolt holes.
This is a nice piece, low noise, used for mass spectrometry and electron microscopes
