You will receive the exact unit pictured.
Unit was received as medical surplus. Unit is presumed to be used - but is awfully clean - so maybe it wasnt actually used? Unit was received in wrap and box - but while model # on box matches the unit - the sn # on box does not match sn # on unit.
Unit appears to be missing 1 screw down connection bolt (5 of 6 are present - see pix).
There are a couple scratches to the casing - but the fan is clean.
